Cobalt/Aqua Adjustable Necklace

Ready for summer days this necklace features cobalt blue and aqua pools of colour. Each bead made in the flame one at a time using cobalt and aqua opaque coloured rods of glass. Each layer of opaque colour is covered with transparent colour to achieve depth in this multi dot design. Finally the beads have been etched to a matt finish. I procrastinated about my disc spacer and settled on a soft blue transparent over opaque aqua for a colour resonating a mix of the two feature colours.
Sized gratuate down to 9mm round from 29mm round.

Hand made in my Busselton studio in the Southwest of Western Australia.

Be aware that glass my fracture on impact with hard surfaces if dropped. Individual beads can be replaced easily though as this is not using reactive glass colours.
