Blue Necklace

There's a story to this necklace. The blues are beautiful reactive glass under a clear encasement that magnifies all the detail below. Originally I used black larger discs between the beads and when it didn't sell during Open Studios I had to ask myself why. Each time I looked at I had that niggling feeling that the discs where too heavy and the gut feeling is always right, right? Good thing is I can pull things apart and try again and the smaller black spacers fit just nicely to allow the blues to take centre stage whereas before the disks were competing. This affects pricing as well as the disks need to be made one at a time and somewhat painstaking.
Largest bead 21mm graduating down to 10mm. Fully adjustable using the slider bead to lengthen and shorten.

Handle with care, this item is made of glass and may break on impact with hard surfaces.
